We are supplying you with this Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP) Provider Manual, to help inform you about HIP and MDwise guidelines and requirements, policies & procedures, as well as to answer everyday questions you may have. MDwise hopes you find the manual to be a valuable tool that assists you in caring for our members.
MDwise values its on-going partnership with our network providers. Communication is essential to making a partnership work. We update the manual at least annually and more frequently, if necessary due to program changes. You will be notified as any revisions or updates are added to the manual, which is always available on this website.
