How Do I Apply or Enroll for the Hoosier Healthwise Program?
Hoosier Healthwise is a health care program that serves Hoosier children, pregnant women and low income families. The state determines if you’re eligible by household size and income.

How Do I Apply or Enroll for the Healthy Indiana Program (HIP)?
HIP is an affordable health insurance plan that serves uninsured Hoosier adults ages 19–64. To qualify for HIP, you must be uninsured for the last 6 months and have no access to health insurance through your employer.
