Many people think mental disorders are rare. In fact, they are common. A mental illness can affect thoughts and behavior. It can make it hard to cope with normal life routines.
MDwise offers behavioral and mental health care services for our members.
These services include:

Behavior problems
Alcohol and drug abuse
MDwise members must pick a behavioral/mental health provider in the MDwise network. Ask your doctor. He or she can help you find one or you can call MDwise Customer Service.
On January 1, 2009, MDwise is changing the way that we offer behavioral/mental health care services to our members. We are no longer contracting with another company to provide these services. MDwise will help you with these services instead. This will not change your benefits! If you have a case manager, you will get a letter from your case manager talking about this change. Otherwise, services will stay the same.
