Pregnant MDwise members can get a free gift for going to prenatal visits and the postpartum visit (6 week check-up after the baby is born).
To enroll in the BLUEBELLEbeginnings program, call us at 1.800.356.1204 or 317.630.2831 in the Indianapolis area. Choose option 1. We will ask you a few questions about your pregnancy (prenatal survey). It only takes a few minutes to sign up.
Print out the BLUEBELLEbeginnings doctor visit form. 
Have your doctor or your doctors nurse write in the date of your doctor visit and sign off on all of your visits.
Three Basic Rules
1. Carry your Hoosier Health Card with you at all times.
2. Show your card every time you get health care.
3. Contact your doctor for all medical care Only use the emergency room for true emergencies
