myMDwise Member Portal

The myMDwise member portal allows registered members to view personal health plan information securely online. Members enjoy the following online features:

Earn Rewards points, check your Rewards points balance and redeem gift cards.
See who your MDwise doctor is.
Review your medical claims.
Review your pharmacy claims.
Complete a Health Risk Screening (HRS).
Get news and updates important to your plan.
Sign up to go paperless.

Getting Started

To create a new myMDwise member portal account, you will need:

Your member ID card
An email address. If you do not have an email address, you can obtain a free Yahoo email account online.

Visit the myMDwise member login page and click on the link which reads "Create a New Account."

Step I

Read and accept the terms of agreement.

Step 2

Enter member information EXACTLY as it appears on ID card.

Step 3

Enter email address and create your username and password. You will also be asked a "hint" question that is used if you need to reset your password.

Step 4

Verify your information and click "finish" to submit your request.
