Hoosier Healthwise Pharmacy Benefits

The MDwise pharmacy benefit for Hoosier Healthwise is managed by the Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning (OMPP).

 

Providers are advised to refer to the Medicaid preferred drug list for the list of preferred pharmacy products that are covered.
