MDwise: Hoosier Healthwise, Care Select and Healthy Indiana Plan

MDwise is a not-for-profit managed care organization founded in 1994 by the Health and Hospital Corporation of Marion County (Wishard Memorial Hospital) and Clarian Health Partners. Until 2007, MDwise focused exclusively on Hoosier Healthwise eligible members in Indiana. Today, MDwise offers three Indiana Health Care programs: Hoosier Healthwise, Care Select and the Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP).
