MDwise Expands Network of Providers to Include Community Health Network

INDIANAPOLIS – MDwise has recently added Community Health Network to its network of providers for MDwise Hoosier Care Connect and MDwise Marketplace members.

Effective March 1, primary medical providers, specialists and hospitals in the Community Health Network are now available for MDwise members in these two plans.

“We are committed to providing our members with a robust network of affordable, high-quality healthcare options,” said Cesar Martinez, president and CEO of MDwise. “Partnering with a trusted system like Community Health Network to provide more in-network choices will allow us to do just that.”

MDwise has plans to expand its partnership with Community Health Network. The organization anticipates being able to offer it to members enrolled in Hoosier Healthwise and Healthy Indiana Plan through MDwise effective July of 2016.

“Community Health Network is pleased to join the MDwise network of providers,” said Brian Schlagenhauf, senior vice president managed care, finance, for Community Health Network. “Community represents exceptional care, simply delivered. This partnership provides greater access to that care for the members of these two MDwise plans and that is a win for all involved.”
