WEIGHTwiseWEIGHTwise is a tool provided with current information on weight control. By using physical activity and choosing healthy eating habits you can lose weight and keep it off. This page provides tips on where to find help. There is also information on eating right and being active.
 
Over the course of any given day or week you consume food and drinks in combination. This is called an eating habit. It represents all of what you eat and drink. Eating habits affect your overall health and chronic health risk.  
 
There are lots of exciting things to do on WEIGHTwise. Adults can use a health calculator to check their body mass index. Plan and track diet and exercise. You simply write down the foods and exercise done for each day. It can be a fun tool to track healthy eating habits. Kids can learn about how to take care of their body, play games, and watch movies. Teens can learn about total well-being, healthy weight, and nutritional basics.
