Pharmacy Benefits: You may have gotten a letter in the mail from MDwise about a change to your health plan. It said you need to find a new pharmacy for your prescriptions by December 15th. It encouraged you to choose Walgreens. You do not have to choose Walgreens. You can find a list of all available pharmacies on our Find A Pharmacy directory. You need to make this change by January 1st. If you need help finding a new pharmacy you can also call customer service at 1-800-356-1204.
Effective January 1, 2017: DentaQuest will be managing the dental benefits for Hoosier Healthwise members. We will have more information on our website soon about what services are covered.
Effective July 1, 2016: Primary medical providers (PMP), specialists, behavioral health providers and hospitals in the Community Health Network will be available for MDwise Hoosier Healthwise members. You can find doctors and hospitals that are included in the MDwise network by searching our Find a Doctor directory.
