FSSA/OMPP wants to make Medicaid better for members and they need your help. Apply to join Indiana Medicaid’s NEW Beneficiary Advisory Council (BAC) to share your experience. The BAC, composed of current and former Medicaid members and caretakers, will discuss policy and program changes. To apply, complete the BAC application and submit it via email or mail. Back on Track

Back on Track Health Fairs

MDwise partners with community organizations throughout the state for Back on Track Health Fairs to help Hoosiers get the shots they need to stay healthy, as well as access community resources.

Back on Track events are customized for the community where they are taking place, but all feature:

  • Free food
  • Chances to win a $50 gift card (MDwise members get a chance to win a laptop too!)
  • Free drawstring backpack with school supplies
  • Routine shots for kids (measles/mumps/rubella, polio, HPV, etc.)
  • COVID-19 shots
  • Flu shots for kids and adults during flu season

How will I know what shots my child needs?

If you have your child’s shot records, please bring them. If not, we should be able to help you onsite.

What shots will be available?

All routine vaccines for children plus COVID-19 (and flu during the flu season) shots.

Who can come to this event?

Everyone is welcome, regardless of whether you have insurance. However, children younger than 18 must be accompanied by an adult with valid identification, such as a driver’s license, identification card or passport.

Can I get a ride to the event? 

Yes! Call us at 800-356-1204 and ask for transportation for you and your family to and from the event.
