President and CEO – Jessica Cromer
In this role, Ms. Cromer provides corporate leadership, directs business operations, sets current and long-range objectives, plans strategic goals, designs policies and works closely with the executive team to lead the company to achieve overall corporate goals. Ms. Cromer brings more than 20 years of government health care programs experience overseeing Medicaid and Medicare operations.
Most recently, Ms. Cromer was executive director for Gateway Health Plan in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and responsible for the management of the Pennsylvania HealthChoices program with 284,000 members and $1.4 billion in annual revenue. Ms. Cromer also worked 18 years for Amerigroup, an Anthem-owned company, where she earned a series of promotions to more senior positions across a three-state region.
Ms. Cromer has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Washington & Jefferson College and a master’s degree in applied mathematics from West Virginia University.

Vice President, MIG Business Information & Operations –
Sara Mavredes
With the acquisition of the first operations outside of Michigan, Ms. Mavredes’ role expanded from vice president and chief operating officer to the newly created position of vice president of business information and operations of the McLaren Integrated HMO Group, or MIG. She has assumed senior management responsibility and authority for establishing, directing, evaluating and coordinating core operations relating to developing and administering policy, short- and long-range goals, strategic planning initiatives, internal and external reporting, regulatory communication, and initiatives for MIG and its subsidiaries. Ms. Mavredes provides administrative direction for the operations of claims administration, membership eligibility and enrollment, information technology, business transformation and reporting/analytics.
Ms. Mavredes holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
