One of the first things you’ll want to do as an MDwise Medicare member is to register on this website. Our member portal, myMDwise, allows you to see your claims history, choose a primary care physician, look at your explanation of benefits and much more.
If you need to find a provider or pharmacy in our network, you can look them up in the provider/pharmacy directory. There are thousands of doctors, hospitals, urgent care centers, pharmacies and more to choose from.
Need help? Call our friendly Member Service representatives at 833-358-2140 (TTY: 711). They are available April 1-Sept. 30, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Oct. 1-March 31, seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. except Thanksgiving and Christmas Days.
