9-8-8 Crisis Line. You Are Not Alone!

If you or someone you know is in a crisis, you can call 988. You can text (800-273-8255/TALK) or chat at 988lifeline.org  anytime, day or night for free. The people at 988 will listen to you, understand your feelings, and help you find the support you need.

The people who answer are trained to help you feel better and find local help. Your call is private, and you don't have to say your name or where you are. 988 is here to give you the support you need.

For help for Veterans, press “1” after dialing 988. You can also text 838255.
